We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to contribute decisively to the business growth. The Content Marketing Manager will spearhead the generation of awareness and leads by creating engaging regular content to boost the performance of our owned channels. The successful candidate will also lead the creation of thought leadership and hero content for our major annual campaigns.

The Content Marketing Manager role is an excellent opportunity to define the foundations and building blocks of a successful content marketing strategy for a fast-growing business.


  • Define the content strategy and processes for effective distribution through owned, earned and paid channels
  • Ownership of the editorial calendar ensuring the creation of engaging and business-goals oriented content connecting with internal and external experts and contributors.
  • Management of the creation of all day-to-day content, including but not limited to blog posts, pillar pages, reports, guides, newsletters and social media messages using the latest SEO techniques.
  • Creation of content for big hero campaigns, thought leadership materials and reports.
  • Contribution to the PR programme including the creation of stories for press releases and corporate news.
  • Ideation and management of the creation of the right supporting assets such as video, infographics and booklets.
  • Own the relationships with contributors - agencies or freelancers - that support the content marketing strategy.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to create content for webinars and high-profile presentations.
  • Work with the rest of the team to ensure that the distribution of any content maximizes engagement, visibility and performance.
  • Define the right metrics and tools to evaluate the success of Zinklar’s content marketing strategy and unveil new opportunities to continue improving the performance of content.


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar content marketing role, ideally in B2B.
  • Able to see the big picture to ensure that content contributes to the main strategic goals effectively as well as detail-oriented to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Superb writing and editorial skills in Spanish and/or English
  • Good storyteller and comfortable using data to create engaging content.
  • In-depth expertise in the latest SEO techniques.
  • Effective project management skills and experience managing internal and/or external editorial contributors.
  • Self-motivated, team player with a "can-do attitude".
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Full proficiency in English
