We are looking for a brilliant, talented and passionate Sales Operations Specialist to contribute decisively to the business growth. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Sales leadership in order to increase sales efficiency and scalability through training and supporting the sales team in day to day operations whilst also providing relevant insights back to the team to drive continuous improvement. The Sales Operations Specialist will also help manage the sales technology stack (Salesforce CRM & Salesloft predominantly) ensuring our sales teams have a best in class foundation on which to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce and Salesloft to integrate new data sources, streamline processes, improve user experience and add value to the teams using the systems.
  • Carrying out data cleaning, maintenance, and data reconciliation projects to ensure a high quality of data in the CRM.
  • Developing and maintaining the sales playbook on an ongoing basis, documenting changes in the sales process, methodology or strategy.
  • Defining, implementing and and measuring the success of new processes and changes.
  • Setting up and training new sales team members on the sales technology stack.
  • Providing day to day sales tech support to the sales team with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Researching, evaluating and implementing new sales tools to help drive sales efficiency.
  • Creating reports and dashboards via Salesforce, Bigquery and Excel to assist the management team.
  • Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales to define and implement the sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for sales operations to help improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Experience implementing, configuring and maintaining sales technology like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, Lusha or any other tools.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data migrations and data management.
  • Passionate about analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with a "can-do attitude".
  • Able to see the big picture to contribute to the main strategic goals effectively as well as detail-oriented to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies is highly-valued.
  • Fluent in English.
